After a consultation to agree on the treatment plan, the Azzalure® / Botox® procedure involves a series of careful injections with fine needles, and a typical treatment can be done within a single appointment. The amount of the product administered to your skin will depend on the area, requirements and your individual case.
Most patients report no pain or discomfort associated with this treatment. However, if you are concerned about the discomfort or have particularly sensitive skin, we may apply an anaesthetic cream to numb the required areas.
Azzalure® / Botox® prevents new lines from forming as it relaxes your facial muscles, providing you with visible results that should be evident within 48 hours of the procedure. The product usually takes full effect within 2 weeks.
Typically, the results may vary depending on an individual patient, lifestyle and other aspects, but most patients enjoy the effects for 3-4 months.
