General Dentistry

Regular appointments at the dentist will catch any issues well in advance, so minimal treatment is needed. Your oral health is also the first priority before any more aesthetic focused work so, it is important to ensure you have healthy teeth and gums before we do any cosmetic or restorative treatments.

Our hygienist services do fall under our general dentistry treatments and we do have deep cleaning treatments we can offer that are great for big events like weddings. They clear away stains on the teeth and leave the smile refreshed, perfect if you’re not looking for a more elaborate treatment like teeth whitening.

Cosmetic Dentistry

Cosmetic dentistry is all of the fantastic treatments we offer that relate to the way your teeth look. Cosmetic bonding, veneers and adult teeth straightening are some examples of cosmetic dentistry that we offer. Veneers are often the most popular transformational treatment and well-known celebrities often have the treatment to get their perfect smile. They change the size, shape and shade of the teeth and correct a multitude of issues such as gappy, chipped and stained teeth. A less extensive treatment, but still transformational is teeth whitening, which is extremely popular for weddings. It very quickly changes the shade of the teeth often several shades lighter, which can often make a person look much younger.

Restorative Dentistry

Restorative dentistry is treatments such as dental implants, dentures, crowns and bridges. The treatments are designed to restore the smile back to its former health and aesthetic appeal and is often applied to patients who have lost teeth.

We may recommend one treatment, or a combination of treatments to achieve the look that you want. In some instances treatments such as teeth whitening are very quick and although we don’t recommend them just before you get married, you don’t have as much of a time constraint as with a treatment such as dental implants. Dental implants take several months to bond with the jawbone and there is some recovery time too. This is why it is so important for you to visit us as soon as you get engaged if you do want some dental work done.

We will also perform a complete examination to check your current oral health. We can then provide you with a complete treatment plan with transparent timelines and costings.
